EOSC-SIESTA holds the first day of its 2nd All Hands Meeting

The EOSC-SIESTA consortium met for the first day of the 2nd All Hands Meeting, bringing together project partners to review progress and coordinate the next steps of the project.

The meeting began with an overview of the current status of EOSC-SIESTA, including updates on deliverables, milestones and financial aspects. This session helped partners align the different work packages and assess the overall progress of the project.

Several technical sessions then focused on the SIESTA production platform, with updates on authentication systems, storage services and the development of the user dashboard. Partners also discussed ongoing work to strengthen the platform’s security and ensure that it can support the analysis of sensitive data within a trusted environment.

The day also included a collaborative hackathon session where partners worked together on practical tasks related to the platform, testing tools, improving integrations and exploring potential enhancements in a hands-on environment.

The meeting continues tomorrow with further technical discussions and coordination activities across the consortium.
