Second day of the 2nd EOSC-SIESTA All Hands Meeting

The second day of the 2nd EOSC-SIESTA All Hands Meeting focused on addressing several topics that remained open from the previous day and consolidating the outcomes of the collaborative sessions held during the meeting.

The morning began with an update on the integration status of the project’s use cases, where partners shared progress following the hackathon sessions organised during the first day. These discussions allowed the consortium to review how the different use cases are advancing and how they are being integrated with the SIESTA platform.

The programme then moved to a strategic session dedicated to the impact of the project and the priorities for its final months. During this discussion, partners reflected on how to maximise the results achieved so far and how to ensure that the tools and developments produced within EOSC-SIESTA continue to generate value beyond the project’s duration.

Later in the morning, the meeting also addressed the integration of the SIESTA platform within the EOSC ecosystem, highlighting the importance of interoperability and alignment with the broader European Open Science infrastructure.

The meeting concluded with final remarks summarising the main outcomes of the two days of discussions. The All Hands Meeting once again provided an important space for coordination and collaboration across the consortium, helping partners align their work as EOSC-SIESTA moves towards the final phase of the project.
